How do I post media!?

Hi all,

I installed a feature today that lets us embed certain media. There is a "computer screen" icon next to "table" when you use the full posting form. This gives you the [media] tag. Alternatively, you may manually enclose links in such a tab such as [media]https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ[/media] and you will embed that content into a post. You can use the following services (and a couple others that I kept enabled even though I'm not sure what the services offer...

  • Pinterest
  • Reddit
  • Soundcloud
  • SlideShare

You'll have to change the permissions to public for anything from social media for sure. I haven't tested anything yet other than youtube but if people want to try embedded stuff out and they run into issues I can try to help figure out what the problem is!
