Trombones:
Yamaha YSL-356R: $475 obo SOLD
This was a friend's trombone. The YSL-356R has some All-state band mojo. Great all-around trombone—pops, salsa, big band 3rd, light orchestral 2nd. Good condition—typical lacquer wear, minor scratches, no major dents. Slide: 8.5/10 serviced by the Slide Doctor about a year ago. NO stocking wear.

Bach Corp. 36B: $800 obo SOLD
I bought this 36B from a Trombone Forum member a couple of years ago. I really hate to sell this trombone, but it rarely gets played—a real shame. Great all-around trombone—pops, salsa, big band 3rd, & depending on the repertoire, orchestral 1st/2nd. Fair/good condition—lots of lacquer wear, minor scratches, no major dents. Not beautiful, but it plays better than most modern 36s that I have tried—& 42s for that matter. Slide: 8.5/10, with some stocking wear; serviced by the Slide Doctor about a year ago. This isn't a pretty horn, but plays great—dark sound, but nimble. It's what DJ would call a "chocolate" (heavy/thick bell)!

Bach Stradivarius 42BOF Centennial Edition Trombone: PRICE REDUCED: $3025 obo
42BOF, bought brand-new a couple of months ago. I wanted to try it out, write a review, and shoot a YouTube video—all forthcoming. This one of the best 42s I have ever played. The Open-Flow valve and wrap is a vast improvement over the 42B and 42BO—without the compromises of an axial-flow. Bell-free bracing allows the bell to vibrate freely. Played for around 30 hours. Slide: 9/10—didn't use. Instead, I test-played it with with one my other 42 slides. It's a gorgeous trombone in almost NEW condition! It's technically under warranty for a few more years... I'm really torn about keeping this one, but I have too much invested in my custom 42AF.

Great option if you have a 42 (or large bore Edwards) and want to have the option of smaller equipment. I will include original 36 tenon—easy swap for a technician.
