I am going to be playing a short run of this in February. It's a tenor-bass double. Has anyone played it? Prefer small tenor or large tenor for it?

I used small bore tenor. I think it suits the music better. There was absolutely no thought by the arranger as to when you would actually switch from tenor to bass, so I would recommend going over it ahead of time and writing in when you plan to change horns.
