Problems with "core" and embouchure

Hi! I would like to read if anyone else has this feeling throughout the year.
Sometimes it happens to me that there comes a point in the week or month, which is like the breathing system together with the muscles involved, go nuts and I have the feeling that I can't control it.
For you to understand me, it's something similar to if I had abdominal distention, I breathe well, but when I play I can't control the famous "CORE" nowadays, and consequently the embouchure is affected.
All this causes me to notice the embochure "not strong and focused"
Does this happen to anyone else? Has anyone had this feeling?
Could you suggest a solution?
Thank you so much!

I think we’d need to see you play to identify any problem(s) or offer suggestions. Could you upload a video?
Another suggestion: contact Doug Elliott or Dave Wilken here on TC.

What do you do for physical exercise?
Usually when my core is tight, my whole body is just not ready to work in a relaxed way. I'll take a 10 minute walk and things feel much better.

Hi! Well, I go to the gym a lot, maybe the tension from training transfers to my core and that's why I have that feeling, but I don't think so. I think it has to go further, anyway, I'll see if it happens to me when I train hard.
