What might be a fair price for a Michael Rath R1 .trombone. It's a dual bore .500/.510. Slide is smooth. Red brass bell. Lacquer 98%. Magnifying glass needed to find a few insignificant dents.

I would say $2K or maybe $2.5K

Thanks for your feedback Dean. Beautiful horn but just not a good fit for me.
