Hello,
Could anyone help me to recognize this?
I am looking for a gold ring weighted like a megatone. But this is not looking as a Bach.
I would like to know if I have alternatives

Agree with the tone booster. Not sure if it would be limited to Dennis Wick. Could be any piece with a gold rim. The booster also looks like a wick but there are a lot of alternatives. The angle is kind of weird, and the shank looks like it might be raw brass which means it could be an Elliott with a gold rim. I would actually lean towards that guess myself but it's pure speculation. One of the reasons I might suspect that though is this looks kind of like a king based on the paddle and cork barrel (6b?) but again, angle is really hard to tell.
What do you mean "gold ring" and "weighted like a megatone"? You mean gold rim? You can get a megatone gold plated, or just have the rim gold plated. Mouthpiece express offers both of those options. Note that the megatone is not merely heavier than a "regular" weight Bach, but also typically they have a larger throat and backbore too.
Edit for example, they have Bach 1.5G in stock:

You can select "Gold plate (24k) Rim & Cup Only (+$59.99)" and you'd end up with this:

Actually, assuming bass trombone, that looks exactly like one of my XB cups, with a gold rim, and brass shank. The cup outside is big like that and the rim is thin. If I knew who it is I might be able to tell you.

You can see the hex shape on the shank.
