Help date my 88H

I bought this in 2018 from Musicarts. I believe this is new-old stock. Can anyone give me a general idea when it was made?

Bell serial is 3874XX

Both slides are E3805

Looks like one made in 2018, more or less

Don't the ones from 2018 say "made in Elkhart"?

It's the same engraving style as the Eastlake ones.

I've only seen engraving that says USA. I can't find any that say "Made in USA".
