Please i would like to have any information about PARKER MUSIC HOUSTON TROMBONES especially the ARTISTE modell

From what I can find, Parker Music was a retail store in Houston, TX. It doesn't seem to be around any more (Yelp reports that it's closed).
It's a good bet that it's a stencil (i.e., made by someone else with Parker's name on it). The quality of stencil instruments varies widely. If you can post some pictures, someone here might be able to identify if. Little details are important - braces, cork barrels, the water key, tenon parts, ferrules, etc.
