I have sent the following emails to webmaster[at]trombonechat.com:

What do I do about: "You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.”

And received the following:

"Message not delivered There was a problem delivering your message to webmaster[at]trombonechat.com."

I’m clearly doing something wrong. Can anyone help?

In order to send mail and private messages you need 3 approved posts. We had to do this because we were being inundated with 'bots that would get certified and then flood the Chat with ads for junk including male enhancements, quack pills, Russian real estate, etc. Sorry for this, but it was a way to control the Forum.

You need to have three approved posts to do much of anything due to the bot traffic.

I'm not sure where that webmaster email is coming from. We have a different email address for support although now that you mention it I haven't seen an alert in awhile I need to check to see if I need to refresh my credentials. In the meantime, feel free to post here with questions until you have your three posts.

We do ask that at this point people make posts with some degree of substance as we're using it to vet if you're a real person or not due to the extreme amount of bot traffic we get.

Ah got it, I should have made that <EMAIL email="DONOTREPLY@trombonechat.com">DONOTREPLY@trombonechat.com</EMAIL> since that one isn't monitored for sure. Actually let me do that tnow... thanks for bringing that to my attention
