Another jewel from Bach’s Mt Vernon treasure chest. A (very) small cup small-shank Bach 22 mouthpiece. It has a Cup I.D. of 23.92mm (0.943") and a standard Bach Throat of 5.85mm (0.230”). Per the Bach mouthpiece manual: “This small mouthpiece is used by players of the English or Italian school, and for tenor horn and very small bore trombones.”
This mouthpiece is in pristine condition! What will you do with it? Add it to your Mt Vernon collection? Try it on an alto trombone?
