It mostly stays in place, but I'd really like it to be more stationary. Thoughts?

For me it depends on which horn I use it with. Most horns it moves a little, but not a problematic amount. But there was one horn I used it with (maybe a getzen bass?) that was pretty loose. I remember putting a thin cloth under the part that attached to the cork barrel which solved the issue.
