PayPal has changed my Country of Origin from the USA to????. 2 members have tried to purchase Items for sale today. Both received messages from PayPal stating This Person can not receive funds from your country. All 3 of us are in the USA. PP did this 8 months ago with an Amazon purchase. It stated I was a Canadian PayPal member.WTH!!. I was able to secure one sale. The other was Scared away . My name is John McKevitt I am not a Scammer. My Apologies Sam Funkhousser. I've been on this site and the Trombone Forum forever. I had 2 Brassark leadpipes FS in the Classifieds. Just Putting It Out There. Time To Make A PayPal Rep Miserable.

I've had a similar issue... can't remember how we got it fixed. It was someone I was sending money to, not myself. It was also an American with an American paypal account.

They're actually not hard to get hold of on the phone.
