Hey y'all - I have a Holton TR-181 which I like, but the slide... I dunno. I put a Bach slide on and the whole thing just opened up and felt a lot better. Bach slide isn't mine, so I'm looking to either get a slide from Bach, but also have a lead on an Edwards bass slide... does anyone know if the Edwards will fit on the Holton? I guess the receiver might have to be modified. Anyways, thanks for the help!

The answer is "Sometimes". The question usually revolves around the depth of the tapers on the Holton. If a Bach slide fits, I'd put it at 95%+ that an Edwards slide will fit as well. The Edwards slide is ~1/2" shorter, however.
