Shires Leadpipe Identification Question

I was wondering what leadpipe I happen to have here. I had a Shires medium bore slide for a bit. Found this when cleaning out the mouthpiece drawer. I tried looking at the Shires site for further information but I’m not seeing this particular leadpipe. Probably overlooking something. It’s marked R, M, and S. I’ll probably be looking to sell it as I don’t have a use, so input on a fair price would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.

I believe that would be the Ralph Sauer model in small shank (M) for .525. If it were MT, it would be large shank .525.
