Which case? They don't make a double bass case.

Ahh! Sorry, I do have a friend with one I think. He's really enjoyed it. Much smaller than the stock screwbell case (which is already very small).

Thanks, that being much smaller is plus! Do you know what the level of protection of the slide section is? I love the design of it!

I actually am not sure, I remember seeing the inside of the bell section part but not the slide portion. The only downside is basically NO storage whatsoever in the case.

It’s a great case but I’ve found two major issues with it that kinda make me wish I got something else.

1 - it’s a little short, I have independent shires try bores, and it only fits if I fully compress one of the tuning slides (I forget which)

2 - there’s really no place for your mouthpiece. It comes with that pouch, but I don’t trust it not to move around and bang against things. So I always carry my mouthpieces/accessories separate which also is a pain.

It’s really protective, but unless you’re flying a ton a ton I wouldn’t recommend it. The regular cut bell cases are protective and small enough

If you haven’t bought, check out the baby cut bell case. I’m using that now and really dig it
