Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove water marks on the inside of my bell. I think they are turning green.
Any help is appreciated

The time to get rid of them is when they are still drops. A quick wipe of the bell before you put the trombone in the case will do wonders for preventing these marks.
Now that they are there, they are much more difficult to remove. If they are turning green, is your bell unlacquered? If unlacquered you will need to polish the bell with a good brass polish. If it's on top of lacquer, there is a problem with the lacquer.

Bubba,
Is the bell lacquered? or raw brass?
If it is lacquered, then something like a glass cleaner or furniture polish on a soft cloth should remove them. If the bell is raw brass, then a suitable brass polish will do the job.
