Anyone ever have any luck getting repair/replacement parts from shires?
I have a valve section I'm working on, but I need the bell connector nuts, slide receiver and upper tuning slide male receiver. I've sent in several inquiries via the website using the part numbers from their schematics, but I have received no response.
Any suggestions?

They will get to it if you contact them enough. Maybe send an email to
and leave a voicemail as well to the repair department.

I've had great luck getting in contact with them using the
email. I think Nick Martino handles that account. He might need the occasional nudge if it's a particularly busy time of year for them but is typically responsive and very helpful!

I’ve had a similar experience. I just need a few simple parts (just some springs) over the last 2.5 weeks I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and sent emails with no response. I spoke with reception a few times and no one but the repair manager could help.
