I am currently playing a Yamaha YSL-354C with a Cloned 6-1/2 AL mouthpiece. Just got full dentures and am starting over after a year off.

354C? I thought the C was 350C. It has an ascending valve to put the instrument in C to put the 6th position C and F near the player. Good for short arms.
Regardless, good luck. You can get used to the dentures. Just remember not to use too much mouthpiece pressure.
