I was wondering if anyone knows how the sound differs between a 3B and 3BF, and if the silversonic variants also have similar differences?

I want to say I’ve read a similar discussion here before and the consensus was not much, if any, difference.

Good examples of 3B/F don't really give up anything. Worse ones will be stuffier and sound that way as a result.
I'm also not sure how much of that is the slide you might have paired with it. I've had a perfect-shape '60s 3B/F that was just kind of unfun to play, much stuffier than my beater '70s horn. But mine also plays worse than another '70s I played recently, though it still sounds great.
