I want to give a shout out and recommend a relatively new workshop in Germany. Alex Schölkopf used to make sackbuts at Egger in Switzerland where he did terrific work, and has since a few years established his own workshop in Magdeburg where he makes new instruments (both historical and modern), makes custom mods and builds, as well as repair work. Really beautiful stuff.

I've seen that second horn! It was hanging up in the Egger factory. Wow.

Neat wraps. 2/4 are left handed? (Probably just mirrored)

No they are indeed left-handed! (I suspect that might be why they needed to get custom work in the first place)
