Dry lips

I'm down in FL during the "dry season". Lips are crazy dry. Way back when I was told to use Ammon A&D ointment. Anything better for dry lips since 1972?

Drink lots of water. I use Burt's Bees, and moisturize around the mouth (especially under the nose) with some good face lotion regularly.
