What are some resources for someone returning to music?

I've been back to playing for almost two years after a 30-year break. I've come a ways, but I find myself wanting to improve in ways not strictly related to just mechanically playing trombone, and I'm wondering if there are any good resources online out there that I can avail myself of.
Principally, I'm interested in two things, which to my mind go hand-in-hand:
1. Ear training. My ear hasn't improved as much as my playing, which makes sense since I actively practice playing but do not practice ear training. I'd like a good online resource for ear training.
2. Jazz music theory. 32 years ago I knew a lot. Today, only a fraction remains, and I've maxed that out. Now I need to get back to comprehensive learning rather than recalling or picking things up piecemeal.
Anyone got anything good? It can be online courses, a series of YouTube videos, or anything else that can be studied individually, online, when I have the time to do it.
And just because I listed two areas, that doesn't mean that's all I could benefit from. If you have any other resources that you think worthy of sharing, please do! I'm trying to be a sponge soaking up all the knowledge I can get my claws on.
Thanks!

A resource I have used is one put together by Rick Beato. He has a 500 page interactive course on music theory that I have used, an ear training course as well as other courses that you might find useful.
Go to rickbeato.com for more information.
Hope this helps, Tom
