Has anyone tried the slides apart from the bells and played with their own bell of a different brand? I’m curious to know how their slides hold up as I heard these instruments are pretty close to vintage bachs

You're welcome to come by the shop and try our horns if you find yourself in Chicago. Our slides are compatible with Bach bells and Shires leadpipes. At this time we offer yellow brass or nickel outers in lightweight or standard, and yellow brass or nickel crooks. We have a few leadpipes of our own design. We have tried several different chrome plating operations before settling on one with consistent plating of the appropriate hardness. Let me know if you have any other particular questions.

Not at this time, no. Perhaps in the future.

Hard to find places that do good chrome plating.
