Help on this mystery “cole” brand horn

Hello i hope everyone is having an awsome day, i’m wondering if anyone knows anything about this “COLE made in elkhart american” it seems to be a silver jazz fricton fit horn with sn 6941 any info would be of greta help and also possible value

“ Slide is fine. I haven’t done work on it and there are no chinks, but it is a little sluggish, but very usable in my opinion.
The plating is basically all gone in the inner slide though I believe. I can check when I’m home tonight.
Tuning slide moves great, but is dented (probably not so much to affect tone)”
here’s what my friend said about the slide condition since i don't have it on hand myself to describe it
