Are you nuts? I have one of those models, complete with the gold mouthpiece welded into the lead pipe. I find that the multiple thumb braces really enhance the sound and make it much easier to hold with whatever the heck appendage is on that hand.

Ha, ha! It also seems like having a gooseneck bore of - like - .590, and a special counterweight tuning slide, to properly intonate the counteracting forces when holding the whatever-it-may-be trombone-shaped object.

I have always wanted that model. The best feature is the 1/4 tone transposing tubing on the tuning slide brace. To engage it, you must use the “think” system.
