Hey guys! I was a long time member of the "tromboneforum" and only recently discovered trombonechat. I don't play as much as I use to, but it's been a part of my career since I graduated high school.
Anyways, up for grabs is an awesome 1937 Olds Super.
Here is an great article (written by John Lowe) on the model: <LINK_TEXT text="http://www.itsabear.com/horns/wide_supe ... super.html">http://www.itsabear.com/horns/wide_super/wide_super.html</LINK_TEXT>
All of this information is on the ebay listing, but I will copy it to this post as well:
"This is an amazing, 1937 Olds Super Trombone. It has the "wide tone ring" that was only manufactured for about 2 years.

Please look closely at the pictures. There is some cosmetic wear, including a few dings on the outside of the bell, and a scar on the inside of the bell (likely from a dent removal).
The horn will include a case (which is missing a latch), a counter weight, and an Olds 3 mouthpiece.
I played this horn actively from 2014-2015 until deciding to switch to a bigger horn. Since then it has been sitting in my closet.
Because it is such an awesome instrument, I would like for it to go to another home where it will receive more attention.
Let me know if you have any questions."
The horn is listed for *699, feel free to make me an offer.
