Hi all, I just got a Brad Close TR156 leadpipe secondhand. I love the sound and feel, but I notice that my mouthpiece wobbles when inserted. Any thoughts on this or ways to stop it?

Use a bigger hammer to pound it in. :amazed:
..... something about the tapers don't match, or something is out of round. Check other mouthpieces in it. Put the mouthpiece in lightly and try to see what the discrepancy might be. Wobble on the outside or on the inside? One direction or all directions?

Other mouthpieces wobble, and it only seems to be in one axis but both “left and right”.

Sounds like it's out of round. Maybe it got stepped on. Probably why it was on the market "used."

Mail it to me with the mouthpiece and I'll fix it for free. (Assuming it's not damaged beyond repairability).
