I am set up to see ‘new posts’ when I log in. Prior to the upgrade I was presented with a list of new posts since my last log in. Happily this was a short list of topics on one page usually. This suited me because I log in daily, often more than once a day. If any topic isn’t of interest I don’t open it or read it.

Since the upgrade the page opens on ‘new posts’ and I get three pages of topics, some of which are days old and I’ve previously ignored. Consequently, I end up scrolling through lists over two/three pages covering topics in which I have no interest. Feels like I’m getting the ‘show unread posts’ option which I don’t want. I’m only interest in seeing new posts on topics I have looked at.

Wondering if I am doing something wrong, if traffic has now increased massively or if this the new normal?

I’m looking into that, I never use the feed myself so I didn’t notice until a few people reported it. It seems that people are not being considered logged out, or if they are it is inconsistent with how it is applied.

I should have some time tomorrow to look into this but if it isn't fixed later in the week don't feel bad about bumping so it stays on my radar

Good to know, thank you. At present the list is growing. I’ll update you towards the end of the week.

Been logging in/out and your work seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks for all you do, along with the team.

I have that problem. I've found clearing cookies clears the new posts!

Can I have some people who use this feature try it out today and report back if it is or is not fixed? I think I finally found the root cause and it appears to work for me.

Looks fixed to me. I probably had about 15 pages in my list, now down to one (showing posts back to sometime yesterday).

Easy to clear the "New posts" list from within TromboneChat.

Just click the Logout arrow ( [-> ) at the upper right menu bar, and immediately Log In again.

The New posts list will be refreshed - all the old posts (that you've already read) will disappear from the list.
