Can't open the site

I've been a long time member, but for the last few months I've had trouble reaching the website. I click on the link in my tool bar and Trombonechat almost never comes up (obviously, today was the exception). I have no problem opening any other site I visit, just this one. I try multiple times a day, but it is sometimes a week or more before I am successful. I'm ready to give up. Any suggestions?

It's almost certainly the Cloudflare protections we have enabled, I've made a few attempts to turn down the settings but it inevitably lets in too many bad actors so I have to put them back to about where they are now.

Any particular device you having the issue with? If you'd like to send me an email, I can help if you're having trouble accessing.

I click on it twice and it always loads.

I've been finding that it won't open fresh if I have facebook open. If I close facebook and then try again it will usually come up.

It also often won't open the first time as a new tab with my gmail windows open, but often will the second time.

I use Chrome.

For whatever reason I also normally have to try twice, but the second time it normally works (most of the times having to confirm that I am human :-)). It takes a bit longer, but is relatively reliable this way.
