R. Douglas Wright, the principal trombonist for the Minnesota Orchestra, just spent a couple days at University of North Dakota. He visited and worked with music students, did a couple workshops, played a concert with our Trombone Choir evening 1, and played a two-hour solo concert evening 2. He is a wonderful trombonist and nice, helpful, and funny guy.

I only posted this as a way of thanking him publicly for the time he spent with us. And it did occur to me that there could be some here who know him and might appreciate hearing what he's up to.
