Leadpipe repair?

I have a leadpipe that was damaged at the top. The damaged area was trimmed off (about 1/4 in or so) :( . The top is now about the same diameter as the end of a mouthpiece. Can the receiving end now be expanded to accept a mouthpiece? If so, how is that accomplished? Picture for reference.

No, you cannot repair it. Replace it

I or anyone who has the right tools could expand a new receiver end on it, but it would change the position of the venturi and taper relative to where the mouthpiece inserts, so you would be creating a different leadpipe than what you started out with.
Also, are you sure that's the mouthpiece end of the leadpipe? If it is, it looks like more than 1/4 inch is missing.
