Might be easier to buy a bell for cheap and have someone cut it.... that is what I would recommend! Good luck man!

Buy bell, send bell to Benn in Seattle, have bell cut, and have Benn send bell. The only question, is what screw rings do you prefer? I used the (Instrument Innovations) Olsen Ring of Power Kit. Keep tooting.....
