King 3B Concert straight tenor trombone
$650 shipped to the continental US, or will ship elsewhere at the buyer's expense.
This instrument has been a fantastic player for me over a couple of tours the past few years, and in countless performances. The bell plays really flexible and responsive, and speaks quickly with a great classic King sound. Details are below.

-Serial Number 479XXX dates it to the early 1970s
-Yellow brass bell and nickle slide with yellow brass crook
-Lacquer has been stripped from the bell section
-Bell section has a brushed finish
-Lacquer on the slide is worn and spotty
-There are a couple of small dings in the main tuning slide
-There are a couple of small dings in the slide crook
-Slide action is a conservative 8/10
-Lower outer tube of the slide was replaced a couple of years ago with a modern 3B outer tube
-Your choice of original King coffin case in fair shape but musty, or Bach-Selmer boxy brown case in fair shape
-I can include a mouthpiece, if needed
