Up for sale is a new Conn 5G mouthpiece -- I just found it in a drawer and took the original plastic off to see what it was.

I put it in my Edwards leadpipe for one second, and it appears to be a standard Morse taper, not Remington. These aren't made any longer.

Hickeys has new ones in Remington taper for $129. This one is up for $100, shipped to the USA.

Still for sale. Never been used aside from putting it into a receiver once. Make me an offer!

How does it compare to a Bach 5G? I've never played any Conn mouthpieces.

I couldn't tell you, actually. I have never played any 5G mouthpiece. This one came with my 88H, and I had put it aside and forgot about it.

It looks pretty deep, to me.

Generally, Conn mouthpieces are slightly bigger than the Bach size they bear. But that can vary since there is a lot of variability in both makers.
