The smaller bell size is the same as the 78H, but this bell is made of red brass.

Is the Bell regular weight or is it the thin bell?
Also the Conn SL6262 slide looks to be made of yellow bass. Is if from the 8H or is it from a Conn Bass?

Also, is that a wide SL6262? Or the same width as the tenor slides?

I believe both slides are gold brass (bronze), although there are some sites that call them rose brass.

On the bell section, are there any dings or lacquer problems? What difference did you notice with the smaller bell? What state are you in? I’m interested, just trying to figure out shipping. I’m in Southern California. Would you be interested in a trade for an excellent condition 88h bell section?
Thank you,
Brian

No dents...a few very minor scratches and a couple tiny barely noticeable dings. Lacquer condition is excellent.
I like the 8 inch bell size...for me it is just right for any type of gig. I also have a Rath R3 and a King 3B with 8 inch bells. I am located in South Jersey. I might be interested in a trade. What year and model is the 88H bell section? Please send some pictures to me at
. Thanks.
