I've got a very fun to play Selmer Bolero for sale that has served me well over the past year or so while I have been trying it out. I'm very hesitant to sell because it is a great instrument, but I'm trying to go the 7.5" bell route now.

Serial #5xxx

Basic specs: This is a .508" bore horn with an 8" bell, so similar dimensions to a King 3B. Plays with much more snap than a 3B, is less "beefy", and centers well. I consider it to have a sassy attitude. Can burn it pretty good when needed, but is otherwise full-toned.

This one is in very good shape, with only minor cosmetic issues commensurate with age. It's still shiny, but not perfect. No major dents, although a few little pings here and there. Slide is clean and wear-free, and is a 9/10 oiled up. Biggest cosmetic issue is the spots of lacquer bleed around the rim of the bell...this and other issues are pictured as well as possible in the link below. *Please ask for pictures of any specifics areas you would like to see*

Overall a really versatile and engaging instrument that can play lead, 2nd, and 3rd effectively in the big band. Comes with original Selmer hard case, which is functional and quite slim.

Asking $750 shipped, will entertain reasonable offers.
