To use on a HIP gig I've got, I'm looking to purchase an old 19th or early 20th century italian valve contrabass trombone. This is similar to what we now call a "cimbasso" but smaller bore and possibly in BBb with three or four valves. Also could be an upright instrument like a very small bore tuba. Anyone have one by an italian, czech, or german maker? Send me a PM!

I have an German/Bohemian 4 rotary valve bass trombone in F ...the right age..... going to MA in 1 month....
