Shires MD+ with original leadpipe and a T08 2.5. No dents, no lacquer. Plays great, slide in great condition. Includes original Protec/Shires case. $2000

Reynolds Contempora marching trombone, lacquer in very good condition especially considering this horn must be ~30 years old, no dents. Valves are good. This is the same design as the Olds/Bach/Blessing 0.515 bore horn. Nice sound, good intonation. Comes with hard case. Cool horn for jazz gigs, compact for travel. $800

Olds S-20 with a Duo Gravis valveset replacing the Olds valve. TIS, 9" bell, 0.554" top slide, 0.565" bottom slide, Solder joint on second valve lever is broken, but this is an easy fix (works as is, I've played a concert with it in current condition). Slide works ok, not fantastic. Mouthpiece receiver is a little undersize, but I've been able to use normal size shanks with it. With a small mouthpiece (5g) this will play like a 2 valve tenor. With a 1.25 G, it plays like a bass. Great horn for a tenor doubler. This was a project horn for me, and I think it's great for what I've used it for. I've got too many horns, and this one needs to go. $1200

Conn 72h with a newly rebuilt slide. Slide rebuilt by Paul Abel from Rochester, NY. Cosmetically not wonderful. Great 72h sound. No serious dents. $1100

BBb 4v, 4/4 tuba from early 20th century. No name on it, but I think it was a Cerveny stencil. 18" bell, 38" tall, 0.748" bore at 2nd valve, (generally laid out like a Miraphone 186) no big dents, rotary valves work but need some adjustment. Valve linkages updated to ball joint. Very light weight (17 lbs), small shank receiver (fits bass bone and small Eb/F mouthpieces - can include mouthpieces if interested). Has a nice sound, but I'm not a tubist, so it's hard for me to be very critical of it. No case, I prefer not to ship this. I live in central/western Virginia. Not sure what it's worth, but we can start at $1500.

All prices except tuba include shipping within the continental US. Buyer pays paypal fees if any (use friends and family to save on fees). Shipping outside of the continental US is additional. I have pictures of all of these, and will put them up at some point. If you want them before that, please email me. No mouthpieces or cases except as noted. I can be flexible on some of the prices, if you don't like the price I put on a horn, propose what you think is reasonable. I won't respond to low ball offers. Might be interested in a trade for a 48h, 32h, 78h or 8h or a Wessex Bubbie 5 mini tuba.

Update on the 72h:

Has patch on the top side of the main slide crook. Top inner slide tube is new. Full extra long length 72h slide. The slide is not original to the bell. The slide is from 1961 based on the serial number, and the bell is from '62-72 (Elkhart) based on the engraving style.
