1. Eastman fiberglass case for bass trombone. Very lightly used. Never left the house but might has some paint marks from bumping my way through doorways. Blue! Pebble texture! $175 + shipping.

2. Protec iPac case for bass trombone. Also very lightly used - mostly to store whatever extra bass I wasn't using. Never left the house but might has some paint marks from bumping my way through doorways. $175 + shipping

Tom, a few quick questions about the Protect bass bone case you have for sale.

1. How wide is the case? It looks much wider than the stock case that came with the Yammie 322R that you sold me.

2. How much does the case weigh?

3. Would the pouch on the side hold a typical stand such as my On Stage that is 28 inches collapsed and 3 inches wide at the widest point?

I just sold one of these so perhaps I can answer

Case is a solid 13in

Weighs just shy of 13lbs

and it held my K&M trombone stand, silver flute in French case, and odds and ends.. don't quite remember how long pocket is. Solid case though.. I am sure I will miss mine, but MB screwbell bass case is stinkin tiny!

1. In general, the case is 7" wide (not including the pocket) and widens to 13" at the bell.

2. 10 lb 12 oz on my (pretty good kitchen) scale

3. The pocket is 24" tall, so even put in diagonally, your stand will likely not fit. I have a K&M 14490 stand and it collapses down to 22" inches so it fits with quite a bit of room for lubes, cans of beer, etc.

Do you have any pictures of the eastman case?

Also what bell size(s) is it fit for?

I have read somewhere that Thayers will fit. And it looks like they will fit. But I have not confirmed this.

I have a dual rotor Yamaha bass bone with 10" bell. How much is this case that you said you use for 10" bells?

As far as I can tell, these cases have been sold and are no longer available, Beethoven.
