Any advice on a good repair person for trombone in New Orleans most people I’ve encountered don’t trust people with their brass instruments here. I personally go to Independent music when I visit my folks in Little Rock. Follow why is there not a great brass guy here I mean it seems like there’s tons of potential business a lot of schools and a ton of professional brass musicians.

It's been a really long time since I've had him do work, but is Tom Barbary still around? The guys from the LPO used to like him (they're all retired now) and I did solid work the times I went to him, which was admittedly pre Katrina..so been a minute!
