I'm looking for British Brass Band arrangements that include organ and/or choir. In particular, the following are on my initial list:

Sibelius, Finlandia

Wagner, Tannhauser (Grand March & Pilgrim's Chorus)

Holst, The Planets

Or any others that you deem worthy alongside this list.

Any ideas on where I might find said arrangements?

Not sure where you will find them. If you don't find them and are in a pinch, contact me. I do a lot of arranging.

What about shop.salvationarmy.org? They have a lot of brass band music and maybe something with chorus and or organ.

I played in a church brass band (British BB instrumentation) for over 30 years. The organ in the church was massive, #42 in the world. We played one or two pieces with the organ per year. None are on your list, and many were done again.

One that comes to mind was In Dulci Jubilo at Christmas time, and fanfares at Easter. I left the band about 5 years ago, but I could likely get you in touch with someone who knows their library.

Probably not quite what you're looking for, but ... [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BU8AOIbS_04]Cantelina and [url=https://youtu.be/6zibaaJZyIc?t=138]Benedictus by Karl Jenkins. :good:

There’s at least one version of the finale to Saint-Säens Organ Symphony with band kicking around.

Since you mentioned Wagner, there’s also Procession to the Minster.

Another one is Highland Cathedral with potentially band, organ and pipes.

Couple of marches also which I don’t know if you buy ‘off-the-shelf’ but I’ve heard of being played with organ and band and should work well:

Pomp and Circumstance No1 and No4, Crown Imperial

Nimrod would be pretty special with organ and band I reckon.

All of my brass band playing with choir and organ has been Christmas concerts in York Minster. As far as I'm aware all the arrangements were by the York Chapter House Choir

Hi. Could anyone please help me to find a famous painting which has two focal points?
