Selling my Shires tenor that I have played extensively for the last 3 years. 7YLW bell, Axial valve (w/ marbled blue Chris Healy thumb rest), TW47 slide, yellow brass tuning slide.

I took pictures of the few small dents on the horn and the bleed around the edge of the bell (yet to see a Shires that doesn’t do this). That being said, I love these horns and continue to play them! Overall

condition of the horn is 8.5/10

Slide 9/10 and has great action.

This is a beautiful playing horn and I have used it for solo and orchestral playing. Very quick response and open feel.

Asking $3100. Can include, for additional price, a brand new Marco Magi case if interested. Currently have the #2 lead pipe installed.
