2005 Greenhoe Conn 88H Tenor Trombone FOR SALE-price update ($3750)
I'm sending this out one more time before I expand my sale to other sites as I'd prefer to sell to someone on a great site like this. Originally, I asked for $4000 or best offer. Now I'm just going to ask for the best offer upfront, which is $3750. I plan to raise it back up on the other sites to compensate for their site fees. Contact me ASAP if interested at
.
*ONLY 3 YEARS OF USE!!! (fantastic playing condition)
*Greenhoe valve section
*88H Yellow brass bell
*Custom nickel silver handslide crook
-Custom crook built by Gary Greenhoe making it wider than the traditionally narrow Conn setup.
*Rose brass outer slide
*3 interchangeable leadpipes (S, R, M)
*Standard and lexan valve caps
*BAM case
Personally selected and purchased at Gary Greenhoe’s home/shop in Wisconsin. This instrument is in EXCELLENT condition. No dents. Only a few small spots of lacquer wear in the slide brace area (usual spots) and a few blemishes on the valve section tuning crook. It was regularly used for only 3 years (from 2005-08) and then stored (professionally cleaned for storage) in a closet after my wife (the owner) “retired” from playing. This instrument was recently serviced by the master repairman, Eric Edwards, who can vouch for its condition and playability.

I've seen an Edwards bass w/ Thayers on the marching field. Can't ever unsee that.
I envy whoever ends up with this horn! Just the specs alone are making me drool...
