Does anyone know where I might acquire a King 4B inner slide tube? I checked with MK Drawing, but they don’t currently offer one. I see a shop in the UK where I could order a set, but I only need one, and the shipping is kinda cost prohibitive...
Any suggestions?

I would imagine a benge 165 inner slide would work too if you can find a trashed one and just take a slide tube.

Not a bad idea. I’ll keep my eyes open. It is going on a frankenbone made from king 4b and Wessex parts, so as long as it’s playable as is, I may not even bother changing it. I built the bell section as I was learning to solder, and have never had a slide for it.

Allied Supply has them (both upper and lower tubes). Most repair techs use Allied Supply for assorted instrument parts.

Yep! Unfortunately, since I’m a hobbyist and not a professional repair tech, I’m not allowed to order from them.
