Hi I have a beautiful flat style case from the 50s'/60s'. I want to find out if a 72H or 71H bass trombone will fit the case. If you have one of these instruments, please send these measurements.
End of bell to top of tuning slide.
End of slide connection to top of tuning slide.
Length of slide on both sides.
Thanks, Bob

The slide on Conn 70 series basses is approx 34in on the long side and approx. 33in on the mpc side.
The slide measurement is the primary concern as no other manufacturer, especially modern manufacturers, make a slide that long. As is i had to grind off the very tip of my slide so it could fit in a 70/80s Holton case i had to modify to take my modified 71H.
