Incoming Emails Problems

Hello Admin Nerds,
Every time someone pushes the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page and complains about something or needs help (without fail), the email is sent to either our
or
, depending on how I set it in the email settings in the ACP. However, the problem is that it ALWAYS goes to spam.
Is there a way I can use our existing email accounts without purchasing email functionality through our host, SiteGround?

And is this an Outlook, Gmail, phpbb, or/and SiteGround problem?

We need to setup the domain so that it has a signed cert. I think siteground will do hosting. We looked into this a few months ago briefly but didn't go for it. I'll check if Gmail or something like it will work too. (basically use Google as our SMTP host for the domain)

I'm still having GMail tell me the emails could be spam. There must be another setting I didn't change appropriately. I'll try to look into that after work today.
