I have a new maass large bore 547 trigger trombone with 2 detachable bells. Gold and yellow brass, with a lightweight nickel slide and straight goose neck w extra tuning slide!

These are really great playing horns and fine craftsmanship, I own several of these models and Have compared them to several Bach 42s and conn 88hs.

I believe they blow a lot better than the 42s and sound as good as the 88s. The detachable bells allow you to swap either bell w the trigger or gooseneck and gives you 4 possibilities of different horns.

The f attachment is an open wrap large .571 bore size and is extremely Easy blowing.

The horns very responsive in all registers and partials

I just have too many horns and can’t play them all.
