Up for sale or trade is a Bach 42 slide with a removable friction fit leadpipe. I used to use it on a 42 I had, but I sold the bell section. I have an Edwards now, and have no use for the Bach slide.

The slide action is an honest 9/10. The slide was modified in 2017 by David Sciannella. Leadpipe is original to the slide with a friction fit ring added. The slide is from 2006, and plays well. I mated it with the Edwards bell section to test it and it's got a big Bach sound.

If you're looking for a Bach 42 slide with the flexibility to have leadpipe options, this is the slide for you!

For sale price is $800 plus shipping (variable depending on where you live). I will ship it in the Bach tank case (the big brown one) to help protect it. Keep the case; it's good to have one of those.

If you are inclined to trade, I am searching for an Edwards .547 all nickel slide with a bass crook (I forget the model number at the moment). I will pay for shipping and send it in the Bach tank case still.
