Hi all!
Been on a mouthpiece quest for the first time in my life, and haven't settled on anything yet. Spent a long time on a Shires Vintage 4G, than a Shires New Classic 5MD, and now a Griego 5.
I'm looking for either Laskey, Griego, or Greg Black large shank mouthpieces, but would also be interested in a Bach Megatone or Thein, with preference for rim diameter in the 25.5-25.8 range (or between Bach 4 and 5.) Special considerations would be made for a Laskey 57.
Here are the mouthpieces I'm trading with the prices I paid for them. Will be looking for somewhat equivalent values where possible.
Greg Black 5GM - 125
feel like I want to try a larger rim size on GB pieces
Ultimate Brass Knights Templar - 130
Ultimate Brass 5.1 (gold, went through their enhancement process) - 220
interesting design on these, just doesn't do what I am looking for
Ferguson 2 - 55
skews a little too commercial for most of the work I'm currently doing. sounds really good on my benge 165f
Thanks!
